Jovan has led large technical organizations of more than 140 employees, managing complex industrial utilities and infrastructure. He has driven organizational restructuring, job systematization, team development and career progression frameworks, and has led cross-functional teams. He has a strong track record in OPEX planning and cost control, maintenance and facilities strategy, and energy efficiency.
He has also implemented energy management systems aligned with ISO 50001. Today, he leads Trivera’s heating and cooling activities, with a focus on continuous improvement, operational excellence and measurable energy performance.
