Igor is Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, bringing over a decade of experience at the intersection of energy infrastructure, regulation and investment strategy across South-East Europe. His work focuses on structuring complex energy systems that align technical delivery with regulatory certainty and long-term commercial performance.

Professional Experience

Igor has been directly involved in the development and execution of projects representing more than 130 MW of wind capacity, over 40 MW of industrial solar PV and 35+ MW of industrial heating and cooling systems, including biomass and large-scale heat pump installations. These initiatives were structured to support bankability, operational resilience and sustainable value creation.

Igor has led corporate and legal strategy on some of the most complex EPC and public-private partnership transactions in the WB6 region, particularly in public lighting, public buildings and large-scale energy refurbishment programs. His approach bridges public policy objectives with private-sector financing and execution frameworks, ensuring projects are commercially robust and structurally aligned.

He has also advised international financial institutions, lenders and investors on renewable energy financings and strategic transactions, combining legal precision with market pragmatism. With hands-on experience in regulatory development and performance-based contracting models, Igor brings system-level insight into how infrastructure is designed, financed and operated within evolving market environments.

Today, he oversees corporate strategy, regulatory positioning and stakeholder alignment — supporting the delivery of complex energy infrastructure built for long-term performance and measurable decarbonisation impact.
