Professional Experience
Gorica has extensive experience leading office and people operations for international teams. She has managed vendor and landlord relationships, health and safety compliance, payroll, invoicing and budgets.
Her background in commercialization adds a strong business perspective. She developed and implemented revenue-focused business plans and negotiated contracts with local and international partners. She also supported senior management with budgeting and quarterly reporting.
Earlier in her career she worked in executive support, managing agendas, corporate communications, finance and administration for CEOs and general managers. This gave her a close understanding of how leadership teams operate.
Today, she leads Trivera’s internal operations and supports the management team in turning priorities into action. She coordinates people, processes and office infrastructure as the company grows, and supports Trivera’s mission to deliver structured, measurable decarbonization.
