Đorđe Popović is a CEO at Trivera Energy, with more than 20 years of relevant experience and focused on turning decarbonization into measurable business value. With a rare blend of legal precision, strategic thinking and commercial drive, he builds high-performance teams and delivers complex energy efficiency and renewable projects across CEE. Equally fluent with investors, premium industry players and public sector, Đorđe thrives at the intersection of regulation, capital and real assets. Professional Experience

Started in top-tier corporate advisory, becoming a recognized market leader in energy & infrastructure. Advised international investors, IFIs and governments on M&A, PPPs and project finance across CEE. Transitioned into executive leadership in telecoms, managing large divisions and corporate affairs at board level.

Thereafter, spent four great years as a General Manager at a leading regional energy efficiency company, where he achieved triple-digit EBITDA growth, built highly successful teams and re-shifted the company focus towards “blue chip” C&I clients. At Trivera Energy, Đorđe is focused on advancing decarbonization, renewable energy and energy efficiency solutions for the industry and public sector across the fast-growing markets — while fostering a culture of innovation, responsibility and collaboration.
